A Self Help Interview Transcription Project

I am a London trained transcriber and proofreader currently based in South Africa. I have worked as a full time freelancer from home mainly for UK companies for the last three years transcribing a wide variety of different projects, these include financial reporting, TV and radio shows, focus groups, one on one interviews, Court transcripts, plus lots more. One hour of audio would take me approximately three hours, depending of course on the quality. I am, of course, happy to provide a test file. In other words, I'm very much versatile and detail oriented. My knowledge of English grammar, spelling and vocabulary is proficient. I also have experience with the American, British, Canadian and Australian accent. I posses all the proper equipment: foot pedal, transcription software (I use Express Scribe), headset, Microsoft Word 2003. I have a 100% typing accuracy and a speed of 70 wpm. I type 85-90 words per minute and am very proficient in transcription (medical and general) with over 8 years of experience, so I know that I could complete this job timely and accurately.
