Create Free Interactive Website With Revenue through advertising

Looking to get a site created like this: [login to view URL] I dont want it to be make a baby site but want it to be the same concept where you put in your cell phone number and I get paid for the advertising. Looking for someone to make a website like this I think I want it to do something with jobs, sending job alerts to phone or automated job applying or something.
