Asterisk PBX Configuration to run PC based E1 voice interface

We have a regular PC running on Linux, which has an E1 voice card connected to it. I would like this PC to act as a gateway for incomming voice calls (via IP), which will then pass these incomming calls out through the connected E1 card, into a GSM Gateway (channel bank). As such, the E1 cable from the PC E1 card, goes into the GSM gateway. What I need is an Asterisk expert to configure the described PBX function. It is important to note that we will be using public internet for this and as such, we will have a dynamic IP address - BUT - we will need to access both the Linux box, and the GSM gateway remotely for configuration/maintenance. However, we do have the option/ability to install a firewall doing NAT (or more accurately Port Address Translation) which will enable us to reach each device within the network if this is a particular problem. We are keen to get this done pretty quickly. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The OS as mentioned above is Linux and the PBX software we intend to use is Linux. The E1 card we will be using is digium.
