Create data entry and database tool for business report data

Hello, I did review your requirement, and I must say I'm really pleased to see that the ERD diagram was already done ! Before developing on how I envision your solution, I take the assumption that you need a desktop solution. If you need forms and database to be accessible via internet I can provide you also the solution, but the architecture will be slightly different. So what I propose is something I've done in the past, where I'm using an Access application split in two module (Client and Server) The server side stay on a shared drive in your network and will contain all the data The client side will be on each workstation and will be the front end. No data stored on this Application will be split in 2 sections: - Data management - Reporting section (via access reporting section, or piloting Excel or Word to display the relevant information) and of course with mailing functionality Advantage of this section it take into account the locking of the record, plus the multi-user update.
