Hello,
I am looking for someone to help us in complete end-to-end implementation of a Software System and management.
I would specifically need to have a candidate who can:
> Write Business Cases
> Write User Acceptance Test Cases
> Write Business Requirements Document
> Write Software Requirement Specifications
> Write Use Cases
> Train users on the usability of the new system, and how it will differ from the old system
> Analyse requirements from AS-IS Documents without bothering end-users, and make high-level TO-BE Documents
> Conduct Shadow and Reverse Shadow for users and stakeholders
> Gather information from end-users by plain observation, or, interviewing, if required
> Conduct Group Discussions and Brain-Storming sessions with Stakeholders and Project Sponsor, and document results
> Remain online for over 9 hrs a day
> Complete all documentation along with specific feedback from stakeholders on each document
> Conduct and lead the Testing team for functional testing and UAT for the developed system, and document results
Along with these, there are certain basic criteria for being shortlisted:
Must be a Native English speaker
Must have a good academic background
Must be polite and professional while speaking to Stakeholders, and also in Written English skills
I would need someone who can start working immediately, and can be on the Project for about 1 week to start with. If we like your work, we will hire you for a full-fledged project work, and long term association
