A Really Great Kickstarter Video for Company

I would like to create a video for [login to view URL] (about 30 seconds to 1 min), so I can raise funds to successfully start my business, Auratic Tunes! In order to fully start my business, I need to turn my bare basement into a professional-like music studio (between $5000 and $10000), as right now all I have are some cheap usb speaker monitors, a small mixer and limited music software. My business will create custom music for all reasons (within moral guidelines). These reasons include (but are not limited to) blogs, websites, business venues, telephone holds, parties, movies, short films, music artists, background music of various kinds, music licensing, etc. In this video, I need to connect with my future donors in a sympathetic light but the video also needs to be very creative and make people enjoy watching. The employee I choose has to be able to steer me in the right direction, as I do not know much about videography, have great professionalism and be willing to work with someone with a fairly low budget.
