After effects designer to sync titles to provided video background

We are looking for a well experienced designer in after effects to complete a project which is due Monday.
We have created a video with placeholder text in premiere to work out the timing of the text – this will be provided as a “background” to guide timing and content of the text.
We now need the stylised text to be syncronised for the rest of the after effects sequence (we have complete about 10% of this as a guide)
This involves using a provided after effects template to set the in and out time of each graphic.
The text can be copy and pasted from a provided word doc or just typed to match the background video.
Requirements summary:
-Designer to look closely at the files to understand what we have done and ask any questions needed.
-Continue snycronising the rest of the text for the video.
-The only deliverable is the after effects file itself (an exported video is not needed)
There are approximately 40 simple titles.
This project is very straight forward.
