B team will ride in the train. They are a group of men and women dressed in formal suits carrying business Samsonite bags Scene 3: The train stops in the second station which is a hospital … the doctor and B team starts to train some nurses and doctors how to deal with the stroke patients … Then, the trained doctors and nurses will ride with them in the train Scene 4: The train stops in the third station where some patients will ride in the train … once they are seated in the train, they start to feel more happy and relaxed Scene 5: On a middle east map, we show the train starts from UAE passing by GCC countries and KSA ending by Egypt
