Create a small Video from Photo Compilation

Hello to everyone, I have a very small project. I want a video creation approx 30 seconds. I'm explaining you what it will be: The video will be smth as a publicity. For a company which makes people loose weight. I have 13 photos of a lady, who have been taken in photo every week (13 weeks interval). All these photos, I have removed background (transparent background). What I want video to show 1) First of all, show only outline of the girl (white inside), on violet background. Then, we will see pixels creating real photo of the lady. So at the end, we will see the real lady. Then, we will have messages written on background, and we change the photos... 1st week 2nd week ... ... 13th week. At the end we will bring in the logo of the company, and another message. We want a funny music on the video, smth as: "Pretty Woman", or smth else. Pls tell me how much time it will take, and how much it will cost.
