Design a compelling sales video from existing content

Need to incorporate three videos into a compelling sales pitch that will encourage buyers to buy!!!

We are a Non profit organization that help kids learn through music.

All the videos are in an MP4 format, and would need them to display on a wordpress compatible splash page, for our website. The Page code will have to match the current layout, but our IT team will input in, so you will not do the integration. Please provide code and instruction of implementation.

There two thing that we need, video edited and basic html code to insert the video into our website(wordpress) CMS.

So essentially we need these videos edited to maximize our sales capability, so please ask question for clarity.
