Create Easy to Use Manual of Process Using Already Created Materials

Hi, I created a number of screen capture videos and written materials to explain the process of taking face to face training materials and uploading them so they can be distributed via the Internet using specific pieces of software. I have presented these materials to my assistants, who have english as a second language and they have expressed the inability to use the materials. I would like for someone to take these materials and: * Put them in a linear fashion * Write them in a clear, simple, non-techie manner that can be understood by people who have English as a second language. * Make use of process maps, videos, pictures etc to make the process of understanding the manuals easier ## Deliverables WORK PROCESS 1) I send you the project description as I sent it to my virtual assistants. 2) I send you all the materials ( about 7 documents) 3) You create the manuals ii) Please quote "lime" to be considered 4) You ask me any questions you might have during the bidding process and while we work on the project. 5) We eventually produce manuals that fulfill all the criteria described in the brief description. Please note: Though in the videos we teach how to upload a particular course "Certificate III in Aged Care": that process can be used to upload any course online so please write the manual in a more general manner. How effective your manual is will be measured by my giving it to another virtual worker and getting them to perform the task based solely on your manual and my brief explanation of the project requirements. Please include our logos and make the documents look as professional as possible as we intend on using them in future.
