I am launching a coaching site in the new year and the clients will have access to the videos for the coaching but also to a support desk. I am looking for someone to help in managing any support tickets. All tickets must be responded to within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday). A general knowledge of Quickbooks, Xero, Wave, Freshbooks and Bookkeeping is important in order to be able to accurately answer questions.
