Access Update Records VBA Coding

Create code in VBA that I can trigger as an event from a form – eg on click event, or I can run at a set time every day embedded in a module. (See FrmCheckData and have code run onclick event)

My database is broken into a frontend and backend with the backend located in a different folder location.

c:\frontend\training,mdb

With table stored in

C:\backend\[login to view URL]

Task

For each Company field (eg 27751) check if there is another record in the table that matches that company code( 27751) (You will see there are 2 entries for 27751). Note if there may be records that have 3 or more entries

Then

Copy the data from the fields below and paste into the other record if the field is blank – For the following fields only. If some fields contain data then just the fields that are empty. I need it to run for partially completed records. Eg a record may have a DOB but not the other fields completed. Important the code does not overwrite any data.
