1. Report Aggregate. Number of Complaints by month. 2. Concerns List. List of patients with the following fields: MRN, FIN, Facility, Unit, Room, Complaint Open Date, Date of Incident, Complaint Close Date, Was Problem Resolved, Patient Advocate. 3. Patient Danger Report Fields: Facility, Patient Danger Category with number in each category by month 4. Complaint Parameters Report Fields: Facility, Complaint Parameters with number in each category by month 5. Complaint Categories Report Fields: Facility, Complaint Categories with number in each category by month 6. Can we do a graph for 1, 3, 4, and 5 ***All reports and graphs should be done with Parameters by Facility and Patient Advocate (able to select more than one if CTRL).
