Hi I am a Canadian Technology Developer with over 25 years experience. I am an Electronics, Programing,Hardware, VOIP,PSTN,GSM expert. I build call centers, PBXs, and also have built GSM cell systems and VOIP systems and TV stations, etc. I am a registered Canadian Business. I also have a team. I can help you with this. Do you have user guides, etc. The Sage CTI is built for Avaya and Asterisk. Is the Ericsson compatible with Asterisk or Avayaa or did they do a custom one? I don't do escrow, you will need to pay an advance. If you have the information I can help you. As long as the Sage CTI can 'talk' to the Ericsson or you have some API I can do this for you.
