Craigslist/online ad posting/VA/Telemarketer/datamining/e-mail marketing

I need a VA('s) that can perform multiple tasks to include posting effectively on CL, backpage, kijiji, and other classified sites. This contract would also include data mining for e-mail addresses and contact information to be compiled into spreadsheets for bulk e-mails and to load into voicebroadcasting software. Will need to manage e-mail accounts for the posting as a plus. The details are as follows: CL ads: 1. Most ads will be posted in services so will need PVA's or any other method you know of to make ads stick. I have my own image ads but would be a plus if you have experience in creating image ads with html so google will index ads. I have existing templates for image ads that can be modified. 2. 3 different products so marketing would need to be organized and kept track of. 3. I would prefer the ads to stick for at least 48 hrs. However, if done right previous ads will be deleted before next set is submitted daily. 4. I have existing ad posting software my adsoncraigs that is not fully set up so if you have knowledge of this software that would be a plus as well. It has all of the add ons to include captcha bypass, automatic scheduler, e-mail rotator, and rotating text. 5. You will be data mining with my own software (or existing software you may have) to pull e-mails and contact info from the web to compile in a spreadsheet for bulk e-mails and a voice broadcasting campaign. This software is mostly automated and easy to use. Setting up a voice broadcast daily only takes a few minutes. 6. You will compile data from messages from the voice broadcasts into a spreadsheet for further contact. 7. If shown to be proficient with telemarketing you may be tasked with certain return phone calls from our marketing efforts. Qualifications: Must be an excellent communicator Must be capable at working US based hours when needed. WOn't be all of the time but a plus if you can. Must be proficient in MS products Bonus' Copywriting skills e-mail marketing knowledge Web design/graphic design telemarketing SEO Blogging forum posting Please: I would like a detailed description of why you think you are right for this position and how you will attain my goals. Not just "pick me, I can do it". I've had some bad experiences with outsourcing and would really just like to find a solid VA for a longtime working relationship.
