Adult Internet Marketing (Heavy)

PLEASE READ -- VERY IMPORTANT Before placing your bid, PLEASE make sure that you read this project thoroughly. I need you to follow all of the requirements including letting me know how you will market this website, how many hits a day we can expect, and how you will get targeted traffic to the site. I run a team of freelance contractors that promote our website. Unfortunately, we are having a tough time getting a lot of traffic and conversions to our adult website. The site is webcams [dot] com. I am looking for an individual or a team who can do some HEAVY website marketing to drive thousands of hits a day to our website. The traffic MUST be targeted (only people who may be interested in webcam shows). When bidding, please be as DETAILED AS POSSIBLE letting me know what methods of marketing you are going to do, how well it works, what kind of numbers we can expect, and how you will charge us. I don't have a big budget right now, but if you can show me that your techniques work, then I will be able to re-invest a lot more money into your strategies. I need this to be started by the middle of next week before February 1, 2009. P.S. I am looking for someone who will take on ALL responsibilities of setting up marketing campaigns. I do not want to be asked to go to this website or that website to setup accounts for you. I am paying you to do your own thing and make us money.
