Create a Cookie Stuffing Script

Hello; I would like someone to create a cookie stuffing script for me.

This will be used for my affiliate links and will function in the following way.

e.g. The user comes to my page, is asked to complete an offer, but for some reason or another they cannot. However, continue on to someone else and complete an offer there. I would like it so that the "cookie stuffing script" forces my affiliate id and gives me the lead, because they came to me first.
