I am a developer in need of a home page design and template. I will submit a logo that has already been developed. I need the designer to take the logo and develop a template that is well branded using the logo attributes. My Situation: I am an developer with a thorough and complete understanding of html and css. I develop web applications in asp.net Up until recently I have downloaded templates from [login to view URL] and modified these for clients, however, I am limited to the images and colors of the templates. My Needs: I want to deliver more customized design templates that are well branded to their corporate image. What I lack is photoshop, adobe, skills. Therefore, I must outsource this to someone with these design skills. Important: The "structural" images that are used to build the template need to be broken down so that I may extend them into masterpages and content pages within .Net. Again, I understand html and css thoroughly and therefore can reconstruct the page if needed. So please break down the "structural" images (i.e. vertical lines, horizontal lines, etc.) so that I am not confined if I need to extend the page...for example--(the height or width of the page).
