Design two html pages

I need two html pages designed including website logo design (just the name of the website in a specific font). The website is a news outlet. The design should be simple minimalistic black on white. Other colors definitely possible, but the simpler the better. One of the pages is a front page of a news outlet, similar to: [login to view URL] Where you have a number of abstract of articles featured. This does not have to look exactly like NYTimes, it can be a list of articles, similar to [login to view URL], or more of a tableu like techcrunch.com. Bottom line - this has to look like a front page of a news resource, with minimalistic light design. Second page is a page with a news story. So imagine you clicked on one of the links from the front pages of a news outlet and you open a page with the story itself. The text of the articles will be roughly 500 words. Examples: [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc Requirements: 1. Fluid. Both pages have to work well on tablets, mobile phones and laptop browsers. You will need to use bootstrap3. 2. Social networks Buttons for Google +1, Facebook and Twitter should be integrated as part of the design 3. There will be one picture for each article and it has to have a place to fit into the design. Use a placeholder picture of your choice. 4. There should be a search button in the navbar, or somewhere around there, for users to punch in search terms 5. There should be dedicated places for ads of standard Google size. Example is techcrunch.com. they have a leaderboard in the navbar that scales down when you have smaller screen. Please design specific space for the google ads. Leaderboard and wide skyscraper, or 300x300. The ads should be naturally placed within the page. 6. Topics. Articles may have different topics / genres. There should be a way to show navigation that would let user to choose between the topics. This field can be hidden on certain pages. Keep that in mind when designing. 7. Good design practices. There should be a separate CSS file with styles defined, no presentation tags in html. Javascript should be added from external files, no embedded scripts, except for minimal usage. The final deliverable will include all the css, js and html files, and an image with logo (or if you decide to do it in html - that's fine too). Again, this should work well on all the platforms including mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop. 8. ToS and Privacy policy there will be two legal documents that you will need to place links for, as well as "contact us" link, at the bottom of the page in small grey font. please provide examples/links/portfolio of previous jobs when applying
