I am changing the name of my website therefore I need to change the header before I go through with everything else. I also need to design a basic background for my website. I want something very basic and clean, no clip art just very good quality background and header. I already have a basic design I just need someone to put it together and get the pictures necessary. I am looking for someone I can work with on future projects as well as I do have another website to be launched soon. I also want the project to be done as soon as possible.
