Basic Site conversion to Magento Template / Theme

We need an designer who can create a theme for our new Magento shop. The design/template doesn’t have to be completely original but it has to be tailor made to fit our needs so it shouldn't cost the world. The design has to fit with our logo and style. Keywords : clean, minimalistic. Main colors to be used, green and white. We require 3 different “ page styles” please see bellow. Home Page 2 columns or 3 columns build up with big scroller in the top and category listing (see : [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) Product Category Page Product overview with banner in the top (see : [login to view URL]) Products Page The product page we need to develop to our customers since we’re doing lots of wholesale we also need some room for example case prices ect. We’ll give you an image of how this should look and what should fit in it once the project starts. Notes * W3C compliant without errors * Search Engine Friendly (alt codes with images ect) * CSS, not tables * Project should be completed in no more than 10 days.
