Build GUI based on requirements

We are looking for someone who can build a GUI on an existing source code. We are looking forward to purchase the script from meeplace(dot)com and have the front end modified. Please bid only if you are sure of being able to do it. If you are a team/company and think you can develop the entire project including the source code like the existing one please mention your budget in a personal mail.
