Create group buying website

Need a group buying site created from an inexpensive script, open to suggestions on which script or can provide. The concept is to gain enough buyers per deal to secure special pricing from mainly Chinese manufactures/wholesalers on general electronics and consumer products. Logo is being designed but will also need banners and a design, this can be done my end if easier. This is a very inexpensive start-up nothing too flash is required, just needs to function well and include all of the standard group buying site features including newsletters, ecommerce capabilities, social site intrgration etc. A price scale for deals that reduces the price the when more people take up the offer would be good but not essential, i.e $10 if 10 buy (minimum 10 need to buy to activate the deal), $7 if 20 buy and $5 if 30 buy etc. I am planning other sites so the successful applicant will be considered for future projects also.
