Creative Email Newsletter for an eCommerce shop

Dear experts, We are watches eCommerce shop looking for a talented designer to create our first newsletter which will be sent to hundreds of thousands of people. The intro data can be found in the first word file, while the watches listing can be found in the second image. The color theme should be taken from our website: [login to view URL] please find them attached and let me know your opinion. I will need you to be available on SKype to communicate with my marketing manager and satisfy his requirements. And I'm not willing to accept expensive offers. Please provide a sample of your previous designs. Will need the PSD as a final product. Technicality: Newsletter should be 600px width and compatible to be seen in all PCs and Smart Devices.
