Design: Tweak the design of a website that's near completion. VERY FAST.

We are looking for a good designer to take our existing dating website and designs to the next level as fast as possible. It's a dating site with an auction component. We want the website to appeal to everyone but especially men. We wanted to make the website feel like a sexy sports car that is silver on the outside but red on the inside but we have failed to GIVE IT THAT WOW FACTOR. The site looks ok now so we want someone who can take it to the next level while making as few changes as possible. We are NOT interested in a whole design change. We are talking tweaks. Please don't try to impress us with how long it will take you. We would rather pay more for someone who does the work faster and smarter. I would like all of our correspondence to be confidential.
