Design student control software

Hey. I have a programmer that will make a student control program. Now the only thing i need a person that can design the software. I need constant contact with the person because this needs to be done quick. [login to view URL] See this image for example. I need icons that stands a little out. Nice and neet design is needed. [login to view URL] there will be a login screen for student and teacher that needs to be designed 2. There needs to be like 2 pages of design when they have logged in, so one for the teacher and one for the student They will have different icons but we can discuss this later. That's about it.
