Design work for Real Estate Website

We currently have a real estate website template.
All parts and design of the website is modifiable from admin.
Your job will be to design 5 different looks for each of the major real estate companies (Remax, Century 21, Homelife, ...) and upload it in admin area.
We will start with 10 major companies, and later we will pay you extra to add designs for more companies.
For each design you have to upload company logo, design many buttons and change banner designs and background colors accordingly.
Please show us your portfolio and once we see your work, we will give you access to our site to see the amount of work. You can then bid an amount on the project.
