Need a brilliant web & logo designer

Hello, We are looking for a designer to work with us on a project we're spearheading. We're currently looking for 1 website design + 1 logo design both of which are needed ASAP (Like in the next few hours) The designs are for an influential social person based in India and are for his personal website. We receive tonnes of such works and this is the initiation of a mega design project. So if the designer does a satisfactory job, he or she can expect to receive all our future jobs in the future.
