Professional, creative, Graphic, Website Designing

Hi, I have a whole range of things I need to be designed. I am also looking for a long term relationship, as only over time, we will be able to understand my requirements and "feel" for designs. I am running multiple online sites, and continually I will need things to be designed - promotional banners, seasonal banners, websites, micro sites, facebook banners, advertisements (print ads, online ads, etc), and ALOT more. Currently, I now need to have 3 websites designed, logos, and multiple banners to be done. My requirements are very simple. I need someone with good english so that I am able to convey my direction and feel for the designs. I will also require someone that can design with versatility, and can also suggest different creative design directions. Designs have to be modern, sleek, creative, and very polished. Price wise, it has to be affordable as well. Please do attach or present with your design portfolios so I am able to determine whether your design would be in line with what I am searching for. Hope to have a long term relationship with the winner of the project, as this is also me trying to find a "permanent designer".
