design creation & development of mobile and non mobile internet pages

For a new project in the 12 new website need to be designed and coded (12 each mobile and non mobile websites) requirements for the design: - needs to be used for all type of video services, erotic / non erotic - there has to be done one design for mobile and one for normal internet - there are certain elements on the pages that have to be clearly visible - certain elements are dynamic, base on before previous interactions the product preview image or the description text differ - modern and fancy design - you will have to provide us with some suggestion, then we commit to one design for mobile an web requirements for development: - mobile website have to be rendered on modern smartphones with automatic re-size matching the mobile display size, but there has to be an low end device version as well for old phones (no WML support required) - mobile website has to be traffic optimized, so no high data transfers should be required - desktop version should have at least 640x480 pixel - and contain as well an automatic re-size function (which has to be capable of being turn on and off through a parameter) - all texts displayed on the mobile and non-mobile page comes from an DB - names will be provided - and country selection has to be visible on the page (both mobile and non mobile - details need to be discusses) - there are going to be some layers on the mobile page - details on request - dynamic generated QR Codes will be required on 3 of the normal website (optional function - needs to switched on/off by a parameter) General information - as mentioned the pages are for erotic video services. On the mobile and webpages an product preview images should be shown - which should be put into an fake video player in order to suggest its an actual video player. After the major work is done we might require some help in order to integrate the pages into our existing infrastructure.
