Almost complete Magento store needs expert consultant to finish.

I am currently building a dropshipping store with a magento based theme. I am looking for a freelancer to help me with some parts of the store and getting it launched. I need someone I can ask questions and get things fixed as they come up. Also there will be future work as I intend to launch multiple more stores for clients and myself. It is very important to me the integrety of the magento platform and also the theme used is kept in tact. What I mean by this is I do not accept workarounds which might later cause us issues when upgrading the theme or the magento platform. We did this via the static blocks, and we restored the old code, but the logo did not reappear. 2) What do I need to do to get this site accepting payments and setup payment gateways. 3) Other general questions.
