Hi, I need someone to help us creating a website for our church. The design was created by a pro and it is in a psd format. You will be responsible of converting this psd into a CMS skin. DotNetNuke is preferred but I'm opened to suggestions as long as they are supported by GoDaddy (our host provider). Please take a close look to attached snapshots before bidding. Requirements: 1. Final product should match 100% the psd (menu appearance, side modules, selection styles, etc.) 2. Cross-browser testing: IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari 3. Multilingual support (Romanian and English) 4. Website should be resizable based on user's screen resolution. It should look good on retina devices as well. Things to include in your bid: timeline for finishing the project and your portfolio. Users without a serious portfolio will not be considered.
