Convert a Template to a Website

Hi, I need to make a simple web-site with a few pages. The first page should consist of the buttons with the functions such as: withdraw, deposit, balance. When you press “deposit” there should be a pop-up with the crypto code for sending the money form a crypto-wallet( a unique one). Similarly when you press “withdraw” there should be a pop-up with the changeable lines: amount and wallet code. The balance should reflect the balance of a player in a given currency. Also, on this main page there should be a button which changes the crypto-currencies and hence the balance (BTC, LTC, DOGE), using a drop box with those currencies. In addition, this work requires making some simple outlay of the pages ie a simple design.
