Design pages with content already on them

Hello. I am busy with a client site and running out of time. I have ten pages where we copied and pasted information from PDF's into the site pages. I need someone to go into every page not yet posted and design it properly - make it look good and nice. You need the following knowledge or skills. 1) How to build tables. 2) Html 3) Content spacing and placing relative information together. Info and images need to be spaced properly and table need to be redone to look professional. When you are done with these pages, I should not have to do any more work besides publish the pages and organize the pages in the menus. This is a rush job and I need it done by Friday evening. If you want your bid to be successful, start your bid with 'I understand the task completely and will have it done by Friday evening latest'. This is not hard work as the content is all there. The content needs to be reshuffled to be more appealing and some tables need to be redone. Bid appropriately and please link to projects of page designs you've done before in the PM.
