design magento pages in ultimo theme

am lunching a new estore with magento 1.9 using ultimo theme 1.10.3 I need a creative freelancer to design fluid responsive pages of the store, plus customizing the menu to be rich in content >> pages required: 1-home (include header and footer), 404, pricing page include pricing table, why us, quality, guarantee, faq, options etc : total of 10 pages 2-pages featuring products: total of 10 pages Design include slider banners, icons, thumbnails , social media icons, form, buttons, badges.. etc .... al designs will be related to our store products, will provide a reference sites . Ill provide you with : theme package, logo, main colors, content text and layout structure and a lot of photos. No need to develop any implementation You will NOT do any work regarding products, product page, other configuration You will use the theme grid system as much as you can. You will design in your server. then after you finish you will export all your works to our server. You must be a guru with magento pages/blocks system and ultimo theme Payment : 50% milestone when you start on your server 50% milestone when you finish work in your your server both released when you deliver 100% dead line : 10 days MAX.
