Hi, I have seen both links. My bid is to make your site look great on all devices (phones, tablets, desktops, fully responsive). I will also include a language package so you can have your site in more than one language if necessary. We can use asoftware platform like CakePHP or a "blog" based system like WordPress (better than Joomla). I however recommend CakePHP for development as it provides order and security out of the box. Wordpress is secure (if you update it all the time) but it is not as organized as it could be.
