Create simple css Html 5 animation

I would an existing animation built in flash recreated with CSS and HTMl 5. the animaiton is in the header at the top on e this site. <[login to view URL]> i have the exisitng aniumation in FLA with all the digital assets for the animaiton alreayd made as vector images. The can be exported and reused in the CSS animaiton. So no image creation is required. This is a simple CSS and coding task I want the animaiton and the HMML code to embed in the page. it is to go inot a Joomla site. I wil install the animation in a page via HTML. If this work is successful I may comission more work. This is a sample task to develop an idea of the coder and the work they can do.
