Create simple WordPress site + SEO

Redesign of business website: we currently have a very old website for our business and we would like to redesign it, move to a WP based site and improve its position in search results. The main sub-tasks in the process would be the following: * Install WP in our shared hosting account (we have a not very user friendly hosting service which does not have simple things like the WP installer). * Install a WP theme ([login to view URL]). This needs to be done in a way that does not impact our current website. * Make small adjustments to the theme and help us with the creation of the pages (we have an intermediate knowledge of WP so we'll be able to create pages ourselves but we'll probably need some help with it). * Perform a quick SEO analysis (we currently don't show up on the search results for the most important key words in our business). We are getting all our leads through referrals but would like to also acquire additional customers via SEO. * Make necessary changes to the website to improve its position in search results. * Give recommendations of off line actions to improve our position in search results. After these things have been completed we'll also need to add a couple of online forms to our website and give customers the possibility to sign our Terms of Use online (we were thinking about using the plugin ¨Contact Form¨ for this but we are open to suggestions).
