Create an eCommerce site for Cutler and Gross

We are looking for a London (or South east) based freelance web designer / developer to help us start selling our frames online. And ready to get going relatively quickly. The role will not be full time or anything like that, but instead something we are looking to commission someone to work on in their own time, and to be produced over a mutually agreed timescale. This is also not a sales or commission based role. The brand is a high-end and relatively well known, fashion company - so an eye for good, clean design would be very beneficial! We also have an expansive international customer base, so we ideally require someone with experience in eCommerce - that is able to deal with international online transactions, and slightly differing prices depending on region. There are 4 regions, so perhaps someone able to incorporate some sort of IP recognition to get over this? Our current site is in Flash – but we are trying to move away from this. Therefore a simple, and separate platform in anything but Flash is what we want to create for our online store. Finally, as we will have a dedicated person (here in our head office) checking and sending out the products, as well as maintaining stock levels, new images etc. a very easy to use back-end CMS system will be required as part of the whole set up. Open to someone able to utilise a customisable platform / payment gateway. Experience of creating such an eCommerce platform is probably the most important to us, as it should mean fewer teething problems, allowing us to make faster progress, and get going sooner.
