create a multilanguage online store

We want to put up a online store. Might use Opencart, if applicable, other alternatives are fine, so long as the following features are available: 1. Multi-language (Big 5 Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English) - We can choose disable any of the languages any time we want; 2. Product category displayed in sessions on the front page for now, when we have limited quantity of products to sell; but later on we might change front-page to display "Featured Products", "Promotions" etc if we have lots of products/categories to sell. 3. Tabs shown at the top of the front-page for primary product categories 4. We need good website design and our logo design that can looks clean, fresh and chic. 5. Payment plug in for Alipay 6. Front page flash Advertisements (need to be easily replaced by back end admin) 7. Product info page can display MSRP, promotion price, options for color, size, etc; also shipping weight for the products selected(if possible). 8. at the admin platform, we can import and export: product data; order list; product images (if possible); customer email list. It'd be great if the project can be finished within 2 weeks. Thanks!
