Design of BB-press theme which is integrated with Wordpress

I have a wordpress blog which has a BB-press forum integrated, so the forum appears to be inside the wordpress blog (same header, footer and sidebar). I need someone with a good experience in forum design and knowledge of BB-press software to make a nice design and customization of the forum theme. Right now the forum doesn’t look too good, and is hard to navigate. You will see the forum on the URL [login to view URL] For instance is there no login field anywhere, you can't distinguish between forums and subforums, the title of each forum page says "404 error" and the URL's of the topics and forums is not SEO friendly. I need the look and feel of the forum to be better. I don’t want to explain every little detail that needs to be done, but expect the freelancer to be able to see it himself. I will send the source code and a SQL dump to the winning freelancer in order for him to get started.
