Aion Test Server/Home Page Design

First off I need someone who doesn't care about the money and only wants to help. If you want to get paid, you can move on to the next project. I am looking for permanent partnership regarding the creation of an MMORPG private test server called Aion. I need it to be started ASAP as I already have my websites up. You MUST have skype and be fluent in English as well as being active. I am also looking for an advanced web designer. Remember, I am looking for PERMANENT PARTNERSHIP. Not a one time come and go to get paid. I have a team of staff members and my forum is already in place. Now we just need the home page and test server to be set up. We will share profit through the server based on donations by players once it goes public eventually. Testing needs to be done first.
