Brilliant Website Manager needed to develop and improve existing wordpress site .

We are an expanding luxury, online retailer based in London. Due to our growth plans we have an exciting role looking to recruit a website manager. We are looking for a truly brilliant developer to help join our team and maximize our current website. We need someone who can manage the website maintenance, create and design epic campaigns and add features to the current site to maximize the business. The role requires an experienced, commercially minded yet creative digital marketer/ developer with a proven track to of achieving growth in both traffic and revenue . The Role: • Establish key objectives for site improvements with Director; continually improve web experience by understanding visitor and buyer behaviour and exceeding customer expectations. Ensure best practice and user centred design when adding new features. • Develop and innovate bespoke functionality • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Knowledge of SEO, SEA, Retargeting and Social Advertising • Lead proposal efforts in new sales activities • Support the businesses on a daily basis with content, e-mail & digital marketing, fulfilment and data management related topics. • Be a keeper of the brand look and feel and ensure all creative broadcast across all channels lives up to the highest quality of the company’s visual standards.
