Build a ASP.NET Form Page & List (Intranet)

We are currently running an internal application developed in house 7 - 8 years ago. Simple Access Database on the back end and using Classic ASP as the interface. We need to continue to add features, but now would like to add the new features using ASP.NET. What we need immediately is to add a feature to be able to make SALES CONFIRMATIONS to issue to our customers. What this requires is a simple FORM page which allows us to add Customer Name, SC#, Date, Terms of Sales... etc for the Sales Confirmation. Then allow us to add Product Number, Description, Qty, Unit Price, Other tailored Fields... and Upload Picture for each item. A Sales Confirmation can have many items of course. This Sales Confirmation can then be exported to EXCEL and PDF in its proper format. Of course, we would need a webpage that lists all the Sales Confirmations, and give us an option to make a New Sales Confirmation and of course, EDIT or DELETE the sales confirmations in the list. Basically it is the very basic feature of an ERP. But of course we will have the source code available to us for future changes and enhancements. The easiest way to work would be to make a stand alone app first, and then we will simply integrated the Access table into our own databse. ie. The deliverable will be an Access Database with the SC table and web pages 1. Lets you create a new SC, lists all the current SC with the hyperlink to take you to the SC to Edit, a DELETE and a PRINT option 2. A Form page which is used to EDIT the SC Details, and lets you Add more items and Delete items. PRINT TO PDF or EXCEL 3. A EXCEL page that looks like the template attached below The template of the SC is attached below.
