Build an Online Store

We bought a template called Coolbaby for our cscart shopping cart. The problems we are having are below: Site Loads but still is having issues with the theme: The Coolbaby blog shows 500 error in admin The visual editor same thing: Shows 500 error [login to view URL] is currently unable to handle this request. 500 error HTTP ERROR 500 is what we see when we try to use visual editor in admin panel there is a theme editor built into the admin panel for the cart that is not working. I believe that the template is not reading the css files? We want to add scrolling brands etc.. The people who make the template keep saying it needs to be reinstalled which we have did many times. We want menu text larger, Scrolling banners (brands) Ability to edit theme and add blog pages from admin panel like it is supposed to work We want footer to work correctly and instead of click to expand we want full footer menu displayed
