We're opening up an automotive auction Broker business where we help folks find a car while paying less. We allow them to use our Broker license to purchase their vehicle for a small fee or we can help them locate the car of their dreams for an additional fee. We have the very basic website up using WordPress. Now we need help from someone for the next two pieces. Next we would like to allow customers to see what's available at various auction sites on our site. They would populate a few drop downs and text boxes to illustrate what kind of car they're looking for, and when they press search they would see active auctions with pictures from various auction warehouses websites. I imagine this would have to be a data scraper of sorts but I'm not sure if there is an easier way. Examples of auto auctions we would be looking at are [login to view URL] and iaai.com. When they spot what they want to buy, they would click a link which would take them to the last part we need help with. After they can see what's out there, we want to allow customers to set up an account and then deposit funds electronically to cover their auction fees, deposits, along with our compensation. In return they would get an e-mail with all of the information they need to log into the respective auction with our broker identification (that part would stay manual so we can make sure funds clear). By handing them the keys to the auction process we reduce the manual work associated with doing the searches and bidding which keeps costs down for them.
