Build interactive HTML5 / JavaScript app to embed in webpage

We need a rectangular (dimensions of 1100x500 pixels) HTML5 embedded app to fit into an existing web page. (We do not have access to the rest of the page, we are only delivering this app to be embedded in their existing page.) It involves a sprite image sequence as an 'animated' background, and is controlled by three buttons. The three buttons play to a specific frame and stop. The animation is intelligent, it remembers where it is and plays forward or backward based on which of the three buttons is pressed. There are several rollover mini-buttons that appear over the background animation to highlight details. A different set of these appear at each of three stop points where the sprite animation stops. Finally, there is a small slider on the right side, that displays an image and text for each mini-button. There is an arrow on either side of the slider to advance to the next image/text pair. There is a relatively good example of the app at a link (ask for it in your reply), but the original developer has become unavailable to complete the project. All the images and text and details are ready, and the project is needed immediately. Source files will need to be provided as well, please.
