There are 2 files attached
[login to view URL] shows the landing page to be created in html &
Landing_OnClick shows how it will toggle things on click of button or options it chooses.
Also clicking on any of the 4 main options on top would scroll the page to relevant section in page.
So you need to create necessary css, js, html. We can provide you all images, icons as required.
It should be proper html & not just patchy images.
