We are an online shop for Fruit and Veg and fresh meats our issue is that we need to have a unique method for different products to be selected. As an example we sell chicken by the kilo but users often don't want to buy by the kilo they want to buy by the piece, so is this scenario we would like to be able to set a average size for each piece the user selects the number of pieces they want and it calculates the approximate weight and adds it to the cart. Another scenario is for say a roast they come in a variety of sizes so we would like to offer the choice of small medium or large and show how many people that would cater for and a approximate weight and therefore price but as these sizes will vary with seasonality and price we would like to have the capacity to update these for each product. This scenario would say work for a pumpkin with quarter half and full Please see the spread sheet below for the three scenarios we are looking at. The website has a theme already applied all we need is the custom product pages based on this simple template.

If you want to have this kind of the product template then we can suggest you way better option to give them.. Take the Standard size like 50 Gram ...70 Gram...80 Gram as fixed items . Then according to their weigh you can give them the costing... I would like to explore more in detail..can you please come over to a conversation.
